Why we built this

We grew up playing hockey together in the GTHL, then went on to play college hockey: one of us NCAA D1, the other D3. Twenty-five years later, the same gap we felt as kids still shows up everywhere: years of practices and games with nothing to show for it, and feedback that disappears the moment you switch teams. We see it now from the other side too, coaching and running a program that has to prove its results every season. There's no way to show a family what their investment built, and nothing keeping them from leaving for the club down the street promising the exact same thing you already delivered. We built DVLP Sports to fix both: a permanent, verified record that follows the player, gives coaches the history to do their job better, and gives organizations proof: the reputation to point to, and the reason families stay.

Is DVLP Sports free to use?

Coaches always use DVLP for free. No subscription required. Pricing for players, parents, and organizations hasn't been finalized yet; early access members help shape it and are the first to know.

What sport does DVLP support?

DVLP Sports is currently built for youth and junior hockey.

Who can verify an assessment?

Only coaches. Nothing becomes part of a player's permanent record unless a coach signs off on it, whether it's quick feedback or a formal assessment.

What happens to the record if a player switches teams?

Nothing is lost. The passport belongs to the player, not the team, so every verified assessment and note follows them to their next team, program, or tryout.

Who controls who can see a player's profile?

Parents approve who sees a player's profile and manage the account until the athlete is ready to take it over.

When can I get access?
